Portfolio Analysis
Every company has more project ideas than capital. This tool compares a full portfolio of 40 projects on NPV, IRR, ROIC and payback period, each placed at its life cycle stage, from pipeline through growth and maturity to decline.
The scenario analysis lets leaders change growth, margins and WACC by stage and see how the value of the whole portfolio shifts. An NPV versus capex view shows which projects earn their investment.
The tool is inspired by my experience in Group FP&A at Novozymes, working with business units at different life cycle stages. All figures are dummy data and do not reflect any company.
